Motorglider Services:
We are pleased to extend the same quality and professionalism you’ve come to expect from us to our specialized service on the Diamond HK series motorglider, the Ximango Motorglider, the ASH series motorglider, Phoenix S-LSA and for Stemme Motorgliders; S10, S10-VT, and S-6.
Since 1985 we have been servicing and maintaining many models of these aircraft with our onsite and offsite maintenance services. Our mechanics are ‘A&P,’ ‘ IA’ and ‘Repairman-Light Sport Aircraft’ rated as well as pilots rated in gliders, motorgliders and fixed wing aircraft by the FAA.
Our clients range from Alaska to Florida, Hawaii, to Maine and most places in between. We also service our clients in Canada, Mexico, South America and other points around the world. We specialize in providing sales of new and used aircraft, import/export services, maintenance, repairs, parts supply, plus pre-purchase and annual inspection services. Just in case, we also provide recovery services if there is a mishap and work will work with your Insurance Companies in case there is a need.
CopperState Aero, LLC is proud to be a Technical Service Representative and Service Center for Stemme AG in the U.S. providing service to Rotax and Limbach aircraft engine owners.

Pilot Training:
We are able to provide you transition training, motorglider endorsements, and recurrent training in your aircraft. Our pilots are trained in a variety of aircraft and helicopters and currently provide business and corporate pilot services for a variety of companies. Our Chief Pilot is an ATP with more than 10,000 hours in numerous aircraft including corporate turbo-prop and jet aircraft.
We currently do initial and recurrent training for the Stemme Motorglider, Diamond, Phoenix, Ximango and other light sport and motorglider aircraft. Our pilots and instructors are appropriately rated and available by the job, or on contract with you or your corporations flight department.
Pre-Purchase Inspections:
A pre-purchase inspection can prove invaluable to the buyer of a new/used aircraft. This service will ensure that the aircraft you are considering purchasing is sound, that all of the documents are in order and the annual maintenance, directives and bulletins are complied with and up to date. Over the years we have provided our clients the confidence they need to finalize their purchase. On occasion we have steered some away from an aircraft that appeared sound but in fact could have cost thousands of dollars to later repair.
We are more than happy to travel to your site, or you may come to us. The cost will vary depending on what you require from us, but be assured we will endeavor to take care of special needs. Some aircraft that may not have been flown recently, will need some extra attention, while others may only need a ‘once over and logbook inspection.’
